Distinguished buyers and sellers entrust Chris to guide them through every step of the real estate process, and he ensures all objectives and expectations are exceeded. Chris has worked with a number of Fortune 500 CEOs, professional athletes, musicians, and political celebrities.

Born and raised in Phoenix, Chris brings over 20 years of real estate experience to every transaction, where his team specializes in communities across the entire valley. Meet Chrissy

Chrissy began her real estate career at a small boutique brokerage in Scottsdale after graduating from The University of Arizona in 2012. She then made her way to Los Angeles and had an amazing experience selling real estate there. But having grown up in Scottsdale, Arizona was always home. So in 2017, Chrissy headed back to Phoenix and joined The Morrison Team. She prides herself on providing unparalleled service to her clients and keeping up with current market trends. Arcadia is home to Chrissy and her husband Joey, their daughter Lola, and rescue dog, Rosie. On the weekends you can find them on The Vig patio, grabbing a coffee at LGO, or walking along the canal.

Meet Brian

REALTOR®

A Valley resident for nearly a decade, Brian Frey represents buyers and sellers across the Arcadia, Paradise Valley, Camelback Corridor, and Scottsdale markets. Each day, Brian looks forward to aiding to his clients as they navigate the complexities of real estate.

Brian’s Midwest upbringing (Kansas City) and military experience, makes him a relocation specialist for new buyers in the Phoenix/Scottsdale market. He also has an eye for investment properties and represents many out-of-state and neighborhood investors.

Brian’s intuition regarding the psychology of buying and selling has proven results and earned him accolades including Rookie of the Year and Top 10 Agents. His business has grown successfully and consistently thanks to the repeat business of happy clients and their introductions to friends, family, and neighbors.

Prior to entering real estate, Brian had a career in sales where he honed his skills connecting with client and anticipating their needs. For six years, Brian served our country in the United States Navy after attending the Naval Academy in Annapolis. He completed two tours in the Persian Gulf. He remains active in the military community today, serving as a Navy Blue and Gold Officer who recruits and evaluates future Naval Academy midshipmen.

Outside of real estate, Brian takes pride in giving back to the community by serving on the Christ Lutheran School Dad’s Club and coaching his children’s sports teams. His wife, Sarah, is awesome and his kids, Tessa and Connor, are mostly good. They all love living in Arcadia and escaping to San Diego for the summer.

Meet Stephanie

Raised a military brat, Stephanie’s love of real estate started at a young age as she moved from state to state, home to home, and took a keen interest in the whole process. Landing in Arizona, she attended ASU and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Business. After several years as a Medical Marketing Director, she decided it was time to leverage her strong customer service and marketing background and follow her dream of becoming a Real Estate Agent. Over thirteen years later she never looked back! Her market knowledge, military precision, and making client happiness her personal mission, has resulted in repeat referrals and relationships for life.

Having lived in Arcadia for 20 years, there is no other neighborhood in the valley Stephanie would want to be. From the restaurants, the arts, and the awesome neighborhood schools, Stephanie and her husband Gary, a small business owner himself, love all things local. Their daughter, Sophie, is a 12-year-old Ingleside Trojan and their son, Hudson, is a 7-year-old Hopi Hawk. The Tarrs are truly proud to call Arcadia their home.

Meet Shawna

Growing up in the quiet town of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Shawna always craved a location that offered a vibrant culture and warmer weather. After graduating from the University of Wyoming in 2005, she soon made her way to the desert. With world-class shopping and restaurants, live theaters, and professional sports of all kinds, as well as proximity to mountains and oceans, Shawna found that living in Phoenix was like living in a dream.

For more than 17 years now, Shawna has enjoyed working with buyers and sellers across the valley, with a specialty in Arcadia where she lives with her husband and two daughters. Shawna is passionate about protecting her clients throughout the process and with negotiations, bringing as many wins as possible to their transaction. Her favorite part about real estate is knowing that she is truly able to help clients have a knowledgeable, safe, and successful purchase or sale.
